Predators Should Be Dealt With

Greetings, everyone!

The issue of sexual molesters or predators is becoming alarming in our society. Our children are not safe in the hands of strangers, male teachers, uncles, cousins, brothers, elderly men, and more to mention. Our children are not safe any longer.

I mean, what joy do they derive from molesting a little girl who doesn't know anything about sex or sex education? They don't know what the female organs are used for, and the next is to see an older man who should be teaching the child good things, turn into a molester of that child.

I heard a story of a young girl who was kept by her mother under the watch of her Uncle, just for the mother to go to work. The father of this girl is of blessed memory. No one to stay with her in the house. Just for the mother to leave her with her Uncle. Before they knew, the Uncle started molesting this little girl and threatened her not to tell her mother, if she did, he would kill her or her mother. The mother came back from work, and the uncle would be the first person to inform the mother that her daughter was very stubborn, and that he had beaten her.

The daughter tried to explain everything to the mother, but she wouldn't listen to her because she trusted her brother so much, and the report from her uncle too.

This lifestyle from the Uncle kept going with this girl. She grew up hating her mum for not paying attention to her, and kept threatening her not to tell anyone. She grew in pain, silence, guilt, and shame without her mum knowing.

This is a big message to our parents, to watch their children and listen to them when they come around to complain. And they should not leave their children under the watch of anybody. People can't be trusted anymore. I can never leave my girl child under the watch of my own brother. The people you saw yesterday being good, can still change to a bad predator. Don't trust anyone with your children.

We should teach our children about sex education; their private parts shouldn't be touched by anybody.

When predators around children are discovered they should be punished severely.

All these acts have led many innocent children to death. Our children deserve safety and protection at any time, any day. And strangers should be allowed into our homes anyhow. Mothers and fathers, we should be alert and sensitive in this present age.
