My Financial Decisions

Greetings, everyone!

We all make financial decisions—some good, some bad. This week, we'd love to hear about the best financial decision you've ever made and how it positively impacted your life.

Yes, we all make financial decisions, some were good and bad, and a sensitive human being who made a wrong financial decision would learn from it and take the right decision that would bring a positive impact. As the saying goes, your head will show in your hands, if you think well, the results will be seen.

Last year, while I was serving, I made a major decision to apply for two professional courses, which are Virtual Assistant and Project Management. I enrolled in it using my monthly allowance that came from NYSC. Instead of me squandering the money or buying things that will not last. I invested in those two courses, and those courses were costly. I had to close my eyes and do it. And I am very happy that I at least achieved something.

Now, with the knowledge of a virtual assistant, I can stay in the comfort of my home and work remotely, and earn my money with a good number of clients, with the use of a laptop. No stress, I don't need to go to the office. I can do a Zoom meeting if I want to have something to say, instead of having a physical meeting.

And with the knowledge of Project Management, I can solve problems. I can initiate, plan, and execute people's projects with satisfactory results, not just having the knowledge alone, but also let it be seen by the stakeholders and bring satisfaction to them. And with the certificate as well, you can be employed in any company or organization.

This was how I made the best financial decisions.

This is my response to the #indiaunited contest

I love, I care, and I forgive
