Things are pas bon. . .

And when things are pas bon, you have to remember when things were not pas bon.

Remember when setting an away message as the album, or song title, or most poignant lyric from some obscure song was all you had to do?

The only concern was whether or not you had time in the day to waste time.

Bills. Did. Not. Exist.

I do. I specifically remember a time when videogames were more than enough to quell my teenage angst-xieties. When 200 rounds of the same game was more than enough therapy.

I remember school, and sports, and music, and good, long times with people I loved.

I remember life feeling like more than just a series of tasks that take you from moment to moment.

I remember a better time.

I came here to vent about nothing, and I have. . . maybe I'll be back.

Who are we kidding, I'll definitely be back.
