Crowd sale update

We’re nearing the end of the crowd sale period, and an update for our community is long overdue as we are fully aware that everyone is waiting for news about the fund raising, how it is going and what to expect.

The crowd sale has definitely been much slower than we originally hoped and anticipated. Perhaps because crypto is currently in a bear market, but instead of making excuses we’re also certain that we could have done a better job within the project.

For the last 2 months we have focused on raising the necessary funds from larger investors. Although with no deal still closed, the project is currently in negotiations with several potential investors for private sales which will more than satisfy the crowd sale soft cap requirement and secure funding for the project. At this point it is certain that these transactions will not be concluded before the current crowd sale end date on June 30th.

It is therefore likely that we will extend the sales period somewhat — and given the short timeframe an announcement either way on this, this will happen very soon.

The project is currently in early stage discussions with a listed financial institution regarding a potential cooperation which can also involve an investment in the project that would secure its funding past the soft cap. We are not at liberty to discuss further details and expect this process to take several weeks more before clarification. This is a process which would not necessarily require a prior successful crowd sale as such, and would not necessitate extending the crowd sale period.

Finally, we’d like to thank everyone who keeps supporting the project. We have a fantastic community — and it is wonderful to see so many passionate gamers on our side! We are constantly speaking to people who think this project is awesome and visionary, and who want to see it succeed — much like everyone in the community. Hopefully some of our current ongoing activities will finally release the much-needed momentum for closing the crowd sale successfully!
