SWITCHED TO PANFISH FOR A BIT.... IT WORKED!
This was a good haul!!!
The carp weren't quite cooperating for bowfishing, so we grabbed some poles to try for some panfish. The Red-Eared Sunfish and Bluegills cooperated, so we laid into them. The children caught an impressive bunch for sure, and even had a few really nice sized ones. Also, I caught a very large Red-Eared Sunfish, so I felt like taking a photo with it. We enjoyed a nice fish fry, and the children helped clean and cook the fish too! Pretty cool, huh? Enjoy the photos y'all!
