Reto 366 de Burpees Día #160 Total 12.888 [Esp/Eng] 🔥

   Llegamos a los primeros 6 meses del año y ya realizando 12.888 repeticiones de burpees, en el reto anual. Día #160 y parece que ayer arrancamos. El tiempo pareciera que transcurre más rápido o quizás es tan solo una percepción mía.

      En el video cuento un poco, las sensaciones y los cambios que vengo sintiendo conforme pasa el tiempo. En líneas generales, las sensaciones son satisfactorias, con algunos detalles que podemos sobrellevarlo.

      Si bien por el compromiso de concluirlo, evito salir en bicicleta y a correr, para evitar lesiones, pero esas pasiones es imposible que lo abandone por completo. Este reto es ideal para las personas que no tienen mucho tiempo para entrenar, porque lo haces desde tu casa, en el horario que puedas y los resultados son extraordinarios. Más aún, que sinceramente cualquiera lo puede hacer.
