The Paper Trail.
I investigated Sharqiyah Harbor and found ship diagrams, but my prospective informant was already dead in a cage. A shipment note revealed cargo was heading south along the Tigris River. After tearing down bounty posters and dodging archers to escape the city, I rode a hijacked horse straight to Admiral Nadir's Southern Camp.
My investigation into Admiral Nadir ibne Habib brought me deep into the lower harbor of Sharqiyah. While searching through the secured structures near the docks, I uncovered a detailed diagram of a strange-looking vessel, confirming that warship construction was indeed underway.
I pushed further into the harbor perimeter, looking for anyone who could shed light on Nadir’s exact whereabouts. Eventually, I spotted two guards standing post outside a heavy cage where a prisoner was being held.
I took down both guards using my hidden blade. Even as one of them recognized my face from a nearby poster and tried to draw his weapon.
With the guards out of the picture, I opened the cage to speak with the captive, hoping he would serve as an informant. Unfortunately, the man was already dead.
However, searching the body revealed a vital shipment notice. The document directed all cargo to a specialized camp located further south along the banks of the Tigris River, outside the main city.
As I made my way through the streets toward the outer city walls, I tore down several bounty posters to reduce the heat on my back. Stationed archers on the upper walkways tried to pin me down, but I quickly dispatched them on my way out.
Once I broke past the city limits, I found a stable, commandeered a horse, and set off at a hard gallop toward the southern wilderness.
The ride along the river didn't take long, and I soon arrived at the heavily guarded Southern Camp where Admiral Nadir was stationed. I attempted to send Enkidu up to scout the perimeter, but an archer on the outer towers forced my eagle back.
Two archers were guarding the side section I was approaching, a marksman watching from a distant ledge and a standard guard positioned directly abolve a watchtower.
Recognizing that patience was essential for a stealthy approach, I waited carefully until the marksman turned his gaze elsewhere.
The moment his back was turned, I dropped silently directly onto the guard on the tower, and eliminated him cleanly to begin my silent push into the camp.
Until next time, happy gaming.
