Twisted ankle

Not a pleasant day for me.

It was just another easy going Saturday.
Done my groceries, got my backpack full and 'nother plastic bag filled up,
started my way back home, the usual way, the only way, passing near a construction site along the way.
Sun is shining, the weather is sweet, and don't I know it,,,,

This picture pretty much explains what happened to my foot,
While walking at side of a pretty damaged road, kudus to all the big trucks,
I stepped into a trench and twisted my left ankle.

Needless to say, even thou not far away from home, the rest of the way was very painful and time consuming.
I manage to drag myself indoors and instantly go to the fridge to get some ice, none there....-_-
Luckily i had some frozen gnocchi so used those instead, not exactly ice but anything cold will do at this point.

Fast forward to the aftermath, my ankle is all swollen up, looking like i had a fight with a swarm of wasps, pretty much double-tripple the normal size.

Now I guess I'm "out" or more precisely "in" for the next few days. :(
