Delicious concoction rice and fish

Hello everyone,happy Sunday.today I will be showing you how I prepared concoction rice and fish. concoction is a popular home cooked dish in Nigeria, it's a flavorful alternative to jollof rice or plain white rice,typical made with rice,vegetable oil,salt and other spice.

ingredients
3 cups of rice

1 fish

1 onion

1 tablespoon of curry

1 tablespoon of thyme

2 cooking spoon of Groundnut oil

2 cube of Maggie

1 tomatoes

3 red pepper

Salt to taste

Water

preparation
I parboiled first,i put my pot on fire,i poured a bowl of Water inside it and i boiled it for 10mins.

I rinsed my rice,i pour out the water and i poured it inside the boiled water.i covered it to for 60mins

After 60mins,I rinsed my sieve and i poured my rice inside it to sieve out the water

I rinsed my pepper and my grater then I grated it and i poured it back inside the small plate

I sliced my onions and i poured inside my pepper

I put my pot on fire,i poured my groundnut oil

I poured my pepper and onion and i turned it with my spoon

I put my seasoning inside my pepper and i mixed in together.i fried it for a few minutes

I poured my parboiled rice inside the fried pepper

I put little water, i turned it and i covered it to steam together for 30mins

I cut into two,i removed the bone and i cut.then I poured it inside my rice and i mixed it together.i covered to steam for 10mins

My concoction rice is ready
