Ottermaker refund policy
In the case of a card mistakenly sent to Ottermaker, or the bot buying a mis-listed card on the market, Ottermaker will unwind the transaction if it's requested in the Otterworks Discord within 24 hours after the transaction occurs. After 24 hours transactions will not be reversed.
