Meditation is not something difficult but what makes it so hard to mediate are the things we think and feel in our heart, our thoughts that occupied our heart are one of those things that makes it difficult to mediate, when you keep thinking of the things which you may want to have, it becomes difficult for you to have same, you can never stop thinking about same and as such it would disturb you so much thus Making your heart so burdens then, in moment like this, mediation can never for once take place so easily.

When a man need a good responses to the challenges he has, he must never stop putting his mind in the thing that may make him to have those things.

It pains

but I can not stop so easily.
