¡Hola queridos Hivers! Hoy comparto con ustedes una de mis recetas favoritas: Ponquecitos de chocolate. ¡Es sencilla, económica y divina! Ideal para esas tardes de café con los amigos.

Hello dear Hivers! Today I share with you one of my favorite recipes: Chocolate muffins. It is simple, inexpensive and divine! Ideal for those coffee afternoons with friends.

Para prepararlos vamos a necesitar:
2 huevos
1 taza de azúcar
100ml de aceite
100ml de leche
Esencia de vainilla (opcional)
Canela (opcional)
½ taza de cacao
1 taza de harina leudante

To prepare them we will need:
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
100ml vegetable oil
100ml milk
Vanilla essence (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
½ cup of cocoa
1 cup self-rising flour

Para empezar vamos a batir los huevos hasta que queden bien esponjosos como se ve en la imagen

To start we are going to beat the eggs until they are very fluffy as seen in the image

Luego vamos agregando los demás ingredientes en el orden de la imagen.

Then we add the other ingredients in the order of the image.

Es importante cernir la harina y el cacao para evitar grumos en la preparación.

It is important to sift the flour and cocoa to avoid lumps in the preparation.

Cuando está lista llenamos nuestra bandeja y los llevamos al horno por 30 minutos. Les recomiendo no llenar mucho los capacillos, a la mitad está bien, ya que la mezcla crece bastante en el horno.

When it is ready we fill our tray and we take them to the oven for 30 minutes. I recommend not filling the containers too much, half is fine, since the mixture grows a lot in the oven.
