You can not afford to be that person that gets affected by every whim of an imperfect world. You must protect your heart. You must be like a ship inside water. Do not let the water get inside!!

You can keep it all away from inside, and from that calm inside, handle outside. Real problems begin when your heart has been crushed by the happenings around you. You will not be able to see clearly to fix the initial issue, and then the issues begin to heap on each other.
