Another warm morning with little wind and temperatures around 20 degrees. Today’s interval walking took me through the palace gardens, including breathing exercises on the shore of Luisen Island. My original plan for the morning walk was to take photos of the center figures in front of the clock tower at the palace and share them with you, but while meditating under the swamp cypress on the island, I couldn’t ignore the intense chirping in the very tall grass around the tree, so I set out on the hunt. The stylish little hopper in the pictures let me take his picture without any fuss, and after that, I didn’t feel like photographing the stone statues anymore. It really is a fascinating world you can discover when you adjust your perception to a different scale and bring a little patience with you.

Wieder ein warmer Morgen ohne viel Wind mit um die 20 Grad. Im Intervall-Walking ging es heute durch den Schlosspark inklusive Atemübungen am Ufer auf der Luiseninsel. Mein ursprünglicher Plan für den Morningwalk war, die mittleren Figuren vor dem Uhrenturm auf dem Schloss zu schießen und euch mitzubringen, aber beim Meditieren unter der Sumpfzypresse auf der Insel konnte ich das intensive Zirpen im sehr hohen Gras um den Baum herum nicht überhören und hab mich auf die Pirsch begeben. Der schicke Hopser auf den Bildern hat sich in aller Ruhe von mir fotografieren lassen und danach hatte ich keine Lust mehr auf steinerne Figuren. Es ist schon eine faszinierende Welt, die man entdecken kann, wenn man seine Wahrnehmung auf eine andere Größenordnung einstellt und etwas Geduld mitbringt.
