Monday ☀️ 9193

Luckily, the night was cool, and I got to sleep in again. That felt really good, and the day wasn’t quite as hot anymore, just a relaxed, summery warmth. I then went for a leisurely walk around the peninsula and bought some fruit and vegetables. Along the way, I did a few breathing and meditation exercises by the Spree, and I’ve brought you two long things to marvel at today, a flower and a worm, both of which are very delicate.

Die Nacht war zum Glück kühl und ich hab nochmal Ausschlafen können. Das tat richtig gut und der Tag war auch nicht mehr ganz so heiß, sondern einfach entspannt sommerlich warm. Ich bin dann eine lockere Halbinselrunde gegangen und hab etwas Obst und Gemüse eingekauft. Unterwegs hab ich an der Spree ein paar Atem- und Meditationsübungen gemacht und zum Bestaunen hab ich euch heute zwei lange Dinge mitgebracht, eine Blume und einen Wurm, die beide sehr feingliedrig sind.
