Good afternoon Steemchurch parishioners. I have come to talk about what I learnt in Church today during Sunday School. I love the topic and I decided to share it here. Though the theme for this month in Church is Almighty in Advancement. This topic has been on since the beginning of this month but I wasn't available until today

Today's topic is ENEMIES OF ADVANCEMENT
What is Advancement?: This is the process of going higher, been promoted to a higher level
We all want to advance in all areas of our lives, thereby going to Church for prayers, some will even visit an herbalist to make a charm to be promoted at place of work which only lasts for sometime

Enemies of advancement are the forces or factors that seek to hinder, oppose, delay or even destroy our advancement. It is well known that Satan and his cohorts are the arc enemies of advancement.

Galatians 6:7,

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap

I will be listing the enemies of advancement with some scriptures to back it up. Thanks for going through

1. PRIDE(Proverbs 11:2, 29:23)
2. FEAR(Numbers 13:30-33)
3. DISOBEDIENCE(Jonah 1:3, 17, 1Samuel 15:22-23)
4. ANGER(Deuteronomy 3:25-28)
5. PROCRASTINATION(Proverbs 6:6-11)
6. INADEQUATE OR NO PLANNING(Luke 14:28-32)
7. NOT BEING GRATEFUL(Luke 17:12-19)

These are the enemies of advancement. Once you get rid of all these, you are sure of advancing. Make sure to go through the Bible scripture and you will understand better
