Hi everyone my name is omoh, I want to lecture you on tax and benefits
One of the core source of revenue to the government as earlier mentioned is tax of different kinds. This is levied on all taxable persons and the purpose ranges from helping government to defray the cost of achieving set fiscal policy objectives
Tax incidence may be statutory and economic. statutory or legal incidence focuses on who bears the tax burden in eyes of law while economic incidence looks at the impact of the tax on prices and other economic elements which may create a possibility of the incidence falling to an economic agent other than the direct payer of the tax.
