From my garden: everything green

Planting season is here again and I have to do what I grew up doing.no season ever passed me by without me planting something I will fall back on when the going gets tough, besides fresh from your garden or farm is best of all

These are my waterleaves,I'm a lover of Afang soup which consists of waterleaves and other leaves but waterleaves are most essential.

My okra seeds have started to germinate.i know this will come in handy

I know harvest is close here,it gives me joy checking on these every morning,and just picking the little grasses that seems to grow every second because of the rainy season

I love maize so much,I always anticipate this period because I know that once it is planted harvest is close.i enjoy it with pear or coconut.it tastes so nice.i could never miss an opportunity to get it easy without spending much.

Cocoyam, this is a deep rooted crop which can be seen only when harvested.

Utazi leave, a kind of bitter but serves its purpose, accompanies the cocoyam.

Scentleave just gives the best scent

Ugu leave, can be used in soups,it's very nutritional.very good for yam porridge.

These pepper just gives the best aroma

Paw paw fruits my second best.
