You might have seen their sponsored ad on Facebook. BitDegree is a legit company that leverages blockchain technology to incentivize online learning. Its targeted towards tech jobs, and there's a huge unfilled demand for them since decades. This initiative has an experienced group behind it, including team members from online learning portal Coursera.
The company is based in Lithuania and it wants to pay people to learn Python programming language.
Their ICO has gotten considerable attention since its launch on December 1st, 2017.
