Beautiful Sunday - When Everything Went Right

Tears didn't stop when I learned about how pitiful my sister during her sickness then the money I sent never reach until Sunday. I sent it since June 29.and what is the date today? I came to the bank many time's 31 0to complain but the email they sent from here to the Philippines was unattended. The man who work in the bank felt annoyed when everyday I approached him. Yes, I need the money so badly for the hospital billing of my sister.

Anyway, thanks God we surpassed our financial problem again and above all my sister is fully recovering her health. She is a fighter and it happened to her many times, repeatedly admitted but God always made a way.

Last Monday, I went to the bank. It already 28 days the money was still at large. The bank statement told us that my sister already got it the same day as expected the time I sent. But there was no money arrive to her e-wallet GCash. I wondered who claim it since my sister was on the hospital. What wronged me, I sent it the same day she was hospitalized. I talked an Indian national working in the bank. He is the in charge of this problem but he had nothing to do. No email reply to his message about the query. He always asked me proofs.. I already gave the proof since the first day of my complaint.

So gave up talking with him. Then, I talked the manager of the bank. Imagine a simple housekeeper from Philippines never got afraid to the bank manager even the money is just a little amount. Thanks God, everything had a quickest positive result. He emailed the main branch in Saudi Arabia locating the whereabout of my money?.

He called the Indian man who served with me again and again from the start. Now I learn that he didn't see and read the number of my sister in the transaction statement because it's too small. He had no reading glass. What the fucked to that man. He asked that number but when I submitted it, he didn't read it. So the manager talked to him. I explained that the proof was already there.

I told to the manager that I badly need that money and that's my remaining salary every month then lost. I told him that I supposed to send compliant to the highest bank SAMA Saudi Arabia Monetary Association, it's like the Bangko Central Ng Pilipinas but I respect their bank branch dignity that would be destroyed because of the small amount. So the manager, made a quickest move and everything went right in just 20seconds. See, it I stopped and give up my complaint! He told me asking me my WhatsApp number and told me to follow up with him every day. But in just a few minutes, it's already done accomplished searching where the money was.

What made him amazed how I talked English during our discussion and the more he was amazed how I talked Arabic fluently like their national. I smile when he asked question how many years I stayed Saudi Arabia. I answered him, try to see my record when I registered my membership here and he opened his eyes so wide knowing that he was still in her mother womb, I was already here🫣🫣🫣🤣🤣🤣.

Indeed, we laughed after receiving good news and recovered the money inside the e-wallet Pay maya of my sister. My sister is not using pay maya but she had account for other payment purposes...Mission accomplished with a beautiful twist.. I became proud of myself how I became stronger faced the manager with a positive strength.

Lesson Learned

Never give up when you are doing our right in this world of many changes and new technology system belong to this generation. Ignorance of the law excuses no one so try to educate ourselves though I already almost in my senior c7zen level. I fought a good fight for my right.

We have the same bank in my workplace. This is 45 minutes away from home but the old building of the bank here is being transferred to a new site along the main highway.That is why I'm complaining here in one of their branches .
