Apparent Scam
Thought I'd share this, just to help spread the word:
NEVER give out your recovery phrase in this way. If they ask, sure sign of a scam (blockchain.com wouldn't ask for this)
To whom it may concern:
There appears to be a website impersonating your business, blockchain.info/.com.
This entity is on Twitter, and has the same logo look and feel like your company.
It offers a promotion of 0.63 $BTC, and when the link is clicked, it shows a screen asking people for their recovery phrase (see attached screenshot).
This is located at: https://appblockchain-claim-bonuses06.000webhostapp.com/#import.
I'm pretty sure your organization would not do this, so I wanted to let you know.
The Twitter name is Blockchain Exchange@BlockchainExch1 (https://twitter.com/BlockchainExch1/).
If this is you (which I highly doubt) please forgive the error.
Thank you for your time,
William Miller
Context of Twitter message they sent to me on there (I had forgot this part:-)
