Hot Weather without a Shadow
The sun is above the head, the weather is hot and it has entered October, the transition period from the dry season to the rainy season.
I am in the Indonesian city of Bandung, and the position of the sun is south of the equator, making the radiation maximum enough to my city. In fact, the air temperature on earth ranges from 34.0 to 37.5 degrees centigrade at this time.
Hot weather like this can interfere with health, sometimes causing fever, cough, headache, dizziness and so on.
I have simple tips to be fresh like always, drink lots of water, wear thin clothes to be comfortable, stay in the building, use a moisturizing cream, and consume fruit with vegetables.
Whoa ... I wanna ice cream so bad!
