お腹の鈍痛
最近、お腹の鈍痛が続いているんだけど、激しい寒暖差のために自律神経が乱れて胃腸の調子を悪くしている方が多いらしい。私もそれにあてはまるのでしょうか？
内科に行って診てもらった方がいいでしょうか？前にも謎の腹痛があって、原因がわからないで終わったことがありました。
