Inflation?? Double standard??
In the news PC [attempt] to cut Ontario post secondary tuition fee by 10%
The current Ontario tuition fee framework, which has capped increases for most programs at three per cent, expires at the end of this academic year.
Important number here : 3% and the last few years rent is allowed to go up isn't even past 2% by the same Ontario Liberals.
My take : you saved very hard for an investment property to attempt to pay for some of your kid's education cost and it isn't even allowed to keep up with the increase.
Gov sucks and smaller gov sucks less. Gov produce nothing so it has to take more from people in order to keep the promise of free stuff, be very fearful of the "Vote me for free stuff" pitch.
