Steemit Newbie

Back in 2014, I was introduced to a social media that shares their revenue to its members. Other than the enticing idea of earning a few penny for my thoughts, it gave me an avenue to  rediscover one of my long forgotten passion - Writing.

When we write, be it a story or a poem, we enter a world that is totally different from what we live in, that is the case, at least for me. I have the idea, i have the words flowing through my restless thought, but I never put them in writing for a very long time. So when the site closed down, I was left thinking what am I suppose to do now? I finally found a perfect outlet that allows me to enter my unrealistic world and share it with others, 'let others enter my world and join me in my search for a utopia', then it was gone. I am basically back to square one.

My thought is my portrait drawn on a plain canvass.

Since then, I've been searching the digital world for a place where I will be able to share my thoughts again and be appreciated even a little. Then today, I found this site, and after reading through the many different exciting posts, I know I finally found again a place to settle to let my heart out.

I am here to stay and I wish that steemit will continue to be here too.
