Evan Williams is a bottle shelf bourbon that is also a pretty good daily drinker. Let's be realistic: good bourbon is really expensive if you like to partake in it pretty regularly.
I think people these days try to get fancy, "craft" versions of everything. A lot of that stuff is made by the same distilleries, and sometimes even from the same mash. And it's good. For when you have a special occasion. When it's just a regular Saturday night and you just wanna drink some whiskey or wine or whatever, find something that is pretty good.
Not with weed, though. Smoke the best you can find. You can't just grow whiskey.
