As we said, tomorrow night, everyone who downloads the Cauris wallet at our event will receive 5,000 OCLT (~€10).

That felt like the perfect moment to properly re-introduce it.

What is OCLT?

OCLT is the OffChain Luxembourg Token: a MiCA-compliant, community-driven digital asset designed to strengthen local economic ties, empower peer-to-peer exchanges, and create new financial opportunities.

It is a commitment to a different way of transacting: transparent, fair, and decentralized.

We created OffChain Luxembourg willing to restore trust, enable fair collaboration, and use blockchain to empower communities.
Blockchain makes something possible that never truly existed before: people can now organize, transact, and even govern themselves without relying on inefficient intermediaries or opaque institutions. For the first time, large-scale decentralized collaboration can happen without coercion.

OCLT is one of the tools that makes this vision real.
