Our entire structure runs on a collaborative system; anyone can participate based on their skills and availability. And yes, the work is compensated in OCLT at fixed rates, depending on the nature of the task:

• Normal rate
• Learner rate

No pressure. No contracts. Just meaningful work, at your own rhythm.
