3 Caricaturas que aún recuerdo | 3 Cartoons I still remember

Esta comiquita la pasaban en Jetix en las tardes o en las noches, no recuerdo muy bien, pero sí recuerdo que me gustaba muchísimo. Cuando era niña paseaba por todos los canales que podía a ver que había, y siempre tenía horarios fijos, por ejemplo a una hora veía Jóvenes Titanes en Cartoon Network y luego veía Dave el Bárbaro en Jetix, y era un cronograma que no me perdía. Esta serie esta ambientada en el Medioevo, donde un Bárbaro llamado Dave vive diferentes aventuras en conjunto a sus hermanas las princesas Candy y Fang a la cual siempre confunden con un mono, y su tío Oswidge, todo mientras los padres de estos los cuales son los reyes de la tierra donde habitan, se fueron a una guerra en un lugar lejano. Dave es muy cobarde pero siempre hace frente a los problemas con mucho ingenio y algo de comedia, porque la verdad es que recuerdo que la serie era muy graciosa y con chistes muy geniales, como el de Dave improvisando un megafono con una cuerda, una ardilla y un megáfono. Me encantaba y aunque sé que muchos la vieron, no la recuerdan tanto como merece, ya que era muy buena y bastante original.

They used to air this cartoon on Jetix in the afternoons or evenings, I don’t remember exactly, but I do remember that I loved it. When I was a kid, I’d flip through every channel I could to see what was on, and I always had a set schedule: for example, at a certain time I’d watch Teen Titans on Cartoon Network and then Dave the Barbarian on Jetix, and it was a routine I never missed. This series is set in the Middle Ages, where a barbarian named Dave goes on various adventures alongside his sisters, the princesses Candy and Fang, who is always mistaken for a monkey and his uncle Oswidge, all while their parents, who are the kings of the land where they live, have gone off to war in a faraway place. Dave is very cowardly but always tackles problems with a lot of ingenuity and a touch of comedy, because the truth is that I remember the series being very funny with great jokes, like the one where Dave improvises a megaphone using a rope, a squirrel, and a megaphone. I loved it, and although I know many people watched it, they don’t remember it as much as it deserves, since it was very good and quite original.
