Song Challenge Phase One - Warrior’s Child

Hey Music Zone family,
I’m sharing my entry for the Song Challenge Phase One, and this one means a lot to me. Warrior’s Child isn’t just another song I put together, it’s something that came from a very personal place. I wrote it during a season where I had to remind myself who I am and where my strength comes from.
Every part of this track carries a piece of that experience.

The piano especially holds a lot of the emotion I poured into it, so please use headphones when listening. The baseline sits so deep in the mix, and you’ll only catch the real feeling of the song if you hear it clearly.
It clearly has been a while since I recorded or made any musical post on the hive blockchain.
I've been running some things, trying to get some things right.
I just hope I'll be able go submit my entry for the phase two.
I'll admit that I'd really kove to post everyday, but I really am not chanced.
Tomorrow, I'll be proceeding to serving Nigerian as a National youth service corps members, which is a compulsory one year programme.
Please keep at the back of your mind that this music piece was made out of the place of emotion, discomfort and so on.
