Anguilla, Reeling From Irma While Readying for Jose
Business owners and other officials in Anguilla braced for the second hurricane this week amid the destruction of Irma.
After Anguilla was decimated by Hurricane Irma they now must face an incoming Category 4 hurricane in Jose.
