Finger nails tells alot about our health, lets look at some signs that we need to look out for on our finger nails that can tell us about our health.
These are signs that we see on our nails either as children or adult and ignore them with the thought that they are meant to be there not knowing we are seeing them as a result of an anormaly in our health.
A well formed white half moon is an indicator of good thyroid health digestion.
White nails depicts liver problems like joundice, hepatitis.
Crack on the nails may indicate skin disease.
Dark lines in between nails can indicate onset of melanoma- which is a kind of skin cancer.
If the nail is bent or pinched there is deficiency of Vit. B-12 and iron in the body
Blue colouration around the half moon indicates possibly lung or circulatory problems. The organs are not getting enough oxygen.
A pale lanula indicates possible diabetes , while yellow coloured nail means fungal infection.
White spots on nails depicts vitamin deficiency in the body or an allergic reaction.
No half moon on nails means a weak thyroid that can lead to depression, mood swings, weight gain and thinning of hair.
A very small lanula usually indicates low immunity and indigestion problem. It may happen due to slow metabolism and toxin overload in the body.
