Yakult Watermelon Smoothies
Healthy drinks are always a great alternative to inspire you when you are relaxing on your day off.
Hello, drink lovers! Today, I will share a simple drink recipe that you can easily make at home. You can find the simple ingredients at the market or grocery store near your home. Of course, a simple combination will add a valuable touch to a drink.
Watermelon is my family's favorite fruit. Besides being enjoyed on its own, this fiber-rich fruit can be made into various drinks. I've made watermelon juice with pears before, but this time I'm going to make another delicious watermelon drink. Watermelon Yakult smoothies. I'm going to combine watermelon with Yakult. I think the taste will be even more interesting.
Here, I don't use any sweeteners because the goal is to enjoy it naturally without sugar. Watermelon is already sweet enough for me, and even without sugar, it will still be very delicious.
curious about the recipe? Let's take a look at the recipe below!
Ingredients
200 grams of watermelon
1 bottle of Yakult
150 ml of mineral water
Preparation Procedure
Cut the watermelon into small pieces, then put them in a blender.
Add Yakult. Here, I add 2 bottles of Yakult because I like it a little more sour. But for a normal taste, follow the recipe above.
Add mineral water, then blend until smooth or until you get the texture you want. If you want it sweet, you can add sweetened condensed milk to taste.
Result
Yakult watermelon smoothies are ready to serve. If you want them cold, you can store them in the refrigerator for a while or use cold water from the refrigerator to give your dish an extraordinary freshness.
These smoothies have a very natural sweet taste from the ripe watermelon and are very delicious with the sour taste of Yakult, which makes them even more appealing. My husband added a little apple syrup, but I didn't want to try it, as it might make it a little too sweet. I am very happy to be able to serve this drink, and it will be on my list of drinks for the fasting month. I think it would be better to serve it without sugar when breaking the fast later.
