Pandemic Pandemonium

Yes the sorrow is everywhere
And we don't have a today or tomorrow because it's going no where
We all lurk in the shadows of uncertainty and sorrow filled fanfare
And yet the virus wait for whom to devour despite all the warfare.

The darkness fill the earth
Despite the fact that we come out daily to wet the earth
We wet the earth with hunger, panicking, pain and sorrow
But still the gloomy sky covers our tomorrow.

We wounded the virus and left it half dead
But up it rose again like Jesus and trend
Now we must look careful where to thread
Have we not ask for more than we can tend.

Now we are wondering why it's like this
The virus don't move but we give it wings and turn it to this
Now its our time to fight back and rise
So we will be able to sleep at night and smile.

Don't try to run because there is to place to hide
Let stay safe and let all confide
We are not trying to play hide and seek like a coward
But rather to preserve our strength and be able to charge onward.

Let be hopeful as all will soon be over
Make sure your nose and mouth are cover
Wash your hands regularly with hand sanitizer
Keep the hope alive! We are all crossing over.
