My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2023

Hello Actifitters! I wasn't able to post my activities for few days. Here's my activity today. I did the laundry. While soaking the clothes, I walked around the house for a minutes. I started handwashing after breakfast. I exercised at 4PM. I had a 30-minute run using treadmill. Then I did shoulder, back and chest using light weight dumb bell. I finished my workout by doing abdominal exercises.
