Rotary_Rotaract : Passion for service

#Congratulations

This evening, I saw an update that made me smile, and deep inside, I felt so happy.
About three years ago or so, Praise saw me wearing a Rotaract pin, I think it was in church, and he mentioned that he had been hearing about the club. He asked what it takes to become a member, so I took a little time to explain it to him. I saw the passion in his eyes, which made me even more willing to share.

Earlier this year, we met at an event. At a certain point, I told him I would be leaving because I had a meeting to attend. He quickly said, "Rotaract, right?" I asked how he knew, and he responded, "I know your meeting days." Then he added, "Guess what, I’m a member now and the Vice President of my club." I smiled, felt proud, and gave him a handshake.

But today, Praise Edet has emerged as the President-Elect of the Rotaract Club of Akwa Ibom State University, Main Campus.
All because of passion for service and consistency.

This is me saying a big congratulations to my President-Elect, my brother and friend , Rotr. Praise. Edet I am truly happy and will always be there to give you the support you need whenever you call upon .

Just like Praise , you can also be the next leader, every Rotaractors are leaders. Join us today let's make the change.

Rotary is indeed good.
