Cloudy and cool in Miami this morning. First task... flight to Philly... complete. Yes, flight. I'll deal with the TSA. The last flight to Philly was... well, overbooked, late, but smooth. Maybe it will happen again and I can get a voucher. "Attempting" to attain a voucher will almost certainly nullify the possibility. I think it could be a win-win.

I understand that my blog and my vlog have no value to anyone other than myself. There's no base appeal to the population. No ranting, no news, fake, hype or otherwise... no feel good, self help advice or encouragement, and no cost. Just the six or seven minutes it takes to watch.

This could all change, if/when I get inspired and discover my mission. My dharma.

Outdoor Gym work

Rope: my rope jumping was lame and exhaustive and I missed a lot. I hit two sets of five burpees between jump sets, which wore me down even more. Then to the pull ups. Less that last week... but getting there. Slow deep dips... strong, but only sets of three. Band work, twists, hangs, etc. Five more burpees for today's video... and we're out.

Finished early in the day. Protein drink, (thanks Mom).

The balance of the day was dedicated to work, house cleaning and Happy hour at Tap 42. Two dark brewskis. First time two beers back to back tasted good.

Came back, listened to X22 and crashed.
