All of us as an Everyone's Open Society (EOS) we have to understand what means each article of the EOS Constitution to be able in a cupple of months to be ready to vote with "The Referendum System".

As Thomas B. Cox noticed in the EOS Governance Study Group :

  • Ricardian Contract of an EOS account will triumph, supersed the constitution but in the boundary of the DAPP (in the game boundary). It's context dependent.

  • On another side The Constitution is Society Agreement (Association Agreement) with Common Law for the parties in the EOS Community.
