First time moms, single moms

I never thought I would be here writing about my little one awaiting to received into the world. It's so weird how I viewed pregnancy before compared to now.
Obviously I can start by saying pregnancy isn't nice lol, why women do it over and over I have no answers for that but it's special in it's weird awkward way. I could go on into details but then again people are different.
The feeling of bringing someone into the earth is a big scary I must say, someone else will rely on me and I have to take care of them, I mean this human being will be my family basically.

It hasn't been easy breaking up with my boyfriend , I think that now I understand why most people in general would rather get married before having kids, it's a sad feeling bringing a child into a broken situation , but then again all you can do is offer them love. Well before, my thoughts were that marriage is religion based and I didn't know how to feel about that , I am religious I just like the idea of finding my own feet in the world and letting religion be my guide instead of doing things because I fear what my religious members might say about my actions. Any way back to the wonders of being a first time mom.
Just like any mother there are some up days some down days , sometimes you wonder if you'd made a mistake but then the little life inside of you starts kicking and everything seems to have a ray of hope.
To all the first time moms out there who are going on it alone, stay strong and focus on the beauty that's ahead. Pain doesn't live forever at some point it dies and everything is just alright.
