Overcome, Whenever you can!

This post was originally meant to be a part of the
@shareinspireconquer contest

I missed the deadline (got busy with planting trees and travels)

But I just rediscovered what I wrote and I think it's interesting, and still applies to what I'm working through in life. I figured I would share it anyway! ~ ~

To Overcome The Old Self:

There is an old dusty cabinet corner in a cave of every crevasse of each persona. In this cave there is a spider, weaving a web thick with slowly gathering condensation. It is dark and the spider cannot see in any way we think of as sight. But web is woven again and again, in progressive patterns of change. This spider slowly but steadily maps out the contours of the cave, with feelers branching out and tapped into the very bedrock of the soul.

Now there is much to learn from this spider and what She knows about the Old Times. But at a certain point, there must appear a bat, a Thresholder, a Knower of both Night and Day; a Mover of Sound; a part of the psyche that is able to find relation in both the security and comfort of the Darkness Within, and the Freedom of the Billion Starry Night, where Vibration is Sight. Of course, Spider knows the True Sight of Vibration as well, but as the Bat consumes Spider, and ventures outwards, so Racoon and Eagle eat Bat.

Thus our personality is overcome by the progressive states of change, stages of Awakening. It we fight it, we are hunted. If we crave it, we ignore the nourishment of direct experience around us.

Hope you enjoy, would love to hear you thoughts.

As always, be well and keep each other in your hearts!

Salaam
