I've been visiting Flickr a lot more recently and really getting the photography bug again. The thing that has been holding me up is that I dumped Adobe last year and still don't have a workflow that I really like. I was a lightroom user for over a decade and really liked its feature set, something that I haven't seen replicated in any of the tools, or chain of tools, that I have come across.
If you are an amateur photog that doesn't use Lightroom, what's your workflow? I would really like to have more ideas.
