Drinking Every Last Drop

I was, just minding my own business, when I glanced outside and saw this scene in front of my eyes. A man in a chunky blue sweater, tilting a bottle. His eyes darted sideways like he was hoping no one sees. And right beside him? A little cat who looked like it was judging every single drop.

It was too unreal not to sketch.
The background is a blurring mess of lines, citrus wheels, and floating shapes to give it that intoxicating effect. That’s the blur of the afternoon around them, the little flashes you catch when you’re focused on something intriguing.

This is my entry to Sketch Quest. I think I like this contest as it pushes you to catch the strange, fleeting moments from outside your window and turn them into something you can laugh about later. Hope you like it
