Dippin Bubbles | A Unique Street Food
It takes a sudden impulse for something to happen. Unplanned meetups are the best especially if you don't have all the time in the world because you're working, and balancing fun in between. It's good to organize schedules but it gets disappointing if such plans get cancelled all of a sudden.
My friends and I are into street food. Though we rarely meet up for this, everytime we do, it never gets old. May it be in Cebu, or in any other places, when our cravings rise, we surely do something about it. Although we don't own our time all the time, we try to be as flexible as possible.
One of our favorites would be the dippin bubbles. I still remember we were the only customers in the place. It is somewhere in a narrowed-alley that people miss the chance to see where it's actually located. Dippin Bubbles rose to its own fame around early 2014 up to late 2015 if I'm not mistaken. It is composed of a pig's brain may sound gross but it tastes good. Spices sum up the whole thing. If you are interested with exotic types, you might want to try this dish.
