I know this will probably be my least popular video, given that everyone loves eating so much... but I've honestly really enjoyed my experience so far.

I won't lie, it's tough at times... but it's been easier than I thought it would be. There's a ton of benefits, which I'll need to write a post about it all. There's lots of scientific data, so I need to consume that and translate that into normal people talk.
