Can you fix your sleep schedule by staying up all night?

Your circadian rythm is what dictates the times you feel drowsy and when body wants to naturally wake up. If you stay up late one night you can get your rythm off track, it’s all habit forming. Your logic to stay up all night isn’t necessarily the best way to reset your rythm because you’re forcing your body into a different rythm. I would recommend try laying down about 30 min before you want to sleep. Meditate and/or read a book to help you sleep at that time. Keep doing each night until your body realizes that’s the time you need sleep. Best of luck! 😊
