Assisting a Newbie to Shop With HBD
As a salesperson at HappyCustomer Supermarket, my main job is to make sure every customers, especially customers shopping with Hbd for the first time are happy and satisfied with their shopping experience. In this video, you can see me attending to a customer. I helped her choose the best products that suited her needs and gave her honest suggestions so she could make the right choices.
After picking out her items, I checked her out , explained the total amount to her, and made sure everything was correct. She wanted to pay with HBD and it was her first time of shopping with Hbd , so I helped her complete the payment smoothly without any issues. I also reminded her about her discount and made sure she got it after completing her purchase.
She was very pleased with the service and kept smiling throughout. At the end, she said she was so happy that she wanted us to take some pictures together. It felt good knowing I made her day better.
Making customers feel good while shopping with Hbd is what I enjoy most about my work.
