Eye on the prize...
Do or die is the tigers existence. Do you have that sort of mentality in your daily life.
What do you have your eye on everyday? Are you commited to your success, your business, your health? If your not exactly sure what you want take a second to think....pick something you can aim for everyday.
Once you have exactly what you want in mind, here is how to get it:
- Visualize it several times a day. Visualize you accomplishing that goal
- Find out someone who already has that and find out how they acheived it. Read thier books, invest in thier course or program, take them out to lunch and ask them. Do whatever it takes....keep your eye on the prize.
3.Do work! Take the steps towards that goal EVERY day. Little steps in the right direction everyday is what matters.
4.Keep visualizing, keep doing work, know you will acheive it, and keep your eye on the prize.
I have used this technique about my health...losing 44lbs...feeling healthy and starting a website to help others. I still am working on it but my first big goal is to get 5000 success stories on my website www.KetoTriumph.com this idea drives me and lights that fire within me.
