My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2025

It appears break pads on your car don't last forever. Our car started making a few strange noises, which is always a good reason to check things out. I tried contacting a few people, but everyone seemed busy, so I thought it would be quicker just to do it myself.

I have done a bit of this stuff before, but it is a pain when you don't do it all the time. I was quite surprised that the whole braking system was still very similar to my son's old Toyota landcruiser.

One of my pad had worn all the way through, and I am pretty sure that was where all the noise was coming from metal on metal. The worn brake pad had caused damage to the rotor as well. Replacing them will be a nothing post.
