My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2025

A small young wallaby on my morning run . I am lucky to be able to work out in a nature reserve and it to see all different kinds of wildlife from time to time. He or she did not hang around long as I tried to get a bit closer for a better photo.

The rest of the day was house and yard chores. I try to spend most of the morning working on our roof before it gets too hot, then just catch up on some easy stuff before our afternoon stroll.
