My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2023

A Grass Hopper was on one of the tracks during our afternoon walk. I do not recall ever seeing one before, but I am usually running heavy footed, only focused on my foot placement between all the tree roots and rocks.

A pretty stressful day at work with minor safety issues and lots of thinking and decisions required to keep the workers, my bosses, and customer happy.

Luckily, I got my run done early in the morning as I was home late, and then the nice Grass Hopper and nature reserve stroll in the afternoon seems to clear the dramas of the day on the work site.
